How Do You Know It’s Time To Go?
Over the last week, I have had several friends ask me “how do you like working for yourself”?
I always reply it is the greatest and most humbling experience. Then I ask “why do you ask”?
What I often hear is I’m tired of what I am doing. What I recognize is that you have to work in excellence at all times until you decide its time to go or when you become the boss you will reap that same seed from your employee.
